The EASY-ROB™ maintenance contract covers the following:
- Software updates to the current latest EASY-ROB™ version
- Individual technical support via hotline and email
- Access to the EASY-ROB™ customer area
The software maintenance contract of your EASY-ROB™ license is valid for 12 months and does not renew itself automatically.
The start of the 12 months period begins 3 months after the first activation of your license.
